SAN JOSE, CA – The San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) announced today the game schedule, ticketing, streaming and credential information and procedures for the 2022 Rookie Faceoff.
The 2022 Rookie Faceoff, which takes place from Sept. 16-19, will feature top prospects from the Sharks, Anaheim Ducks, Arizona Coyotes, Colorado Avalanche, Los Angeles Kings and Vegas Golden Knights at the brand-new Tech CU Arena and Sharks Ice at San Jose. Teams’ respective rosters will be announced at a later date.
There are two ticketing options for 2022 Rookie Faceoff games, which can be purchased here. Fans can purchase a full tournament pass, which allows entry into all nine games over the duration of the tournament, or a single-day pass, which is valid for all three games scheduled for that individual day. Full tournament passes are available for $45 and the single-day pass is $25. Tournament games will be held either at Tech CU Arena or on Sharks Ice’s Orange Rink.
Fans attending games in Tech CU Arena will have a designated seat location and should enter the facility via the main box office. Seating is limited for games that are played in the Orange Rink and will be available on a first come first served basis. Entry for Orange Rink games will be located next to the Sharks Pro Shop. Due to security and capacity protocols, those attending games at both rinks will need to exit the building and re-enter to get from one rink to another. Security protocols, similar to policies in place at SAP Center at San Jose, will be enforced and are available in full detail here.
Concession locations for food and beverage will be open throughout Sharks Ice, including inside Tech CU Arena, and Stanley’s and Calder’s Sports Bars.
On-site parking at Tech CU Arena and Sharks Ice at San Jose is extremely limited. Overflow parking is available at the San Jose State University parking garage, located across E. Alma Ave.
All San Jose Sharks games will be broadcast live on the Sharks Audio Network via the Sharks + SAP Center app presented by Western Digital. San Jose Barracuda play-by-play voice Nick Nollenberger will call the action for all Sharks games throughout the tournament’s games.
